From August through November, the Mt. Carmel Marching Band and Color Guard are a vital part of the Friday night experience at all home varsity football games. The ensemble serves as a high-energy pep band in the stands during the game and takes the field to perform its competitive field show at halftime.

5:30 PM – Color Guard Report Time
5:45 PM – Band Students Report Time
6:00 PM – Uniform prep, grooming, sectional warm-ups, and tuning
7:00 PM – Kickoff / Game begins
Halftime – Mt. Carmel Field Show Performance
9:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Approx.) – Game concludes / Dismissal
Important Policy: All Band and Guard members are required to stay for the entire duration of the football game unless explicitly directed otherwise by the Director.

Pre-Game Meal: Students should eat a hearty, healthy meal before checking in for report time.
In-Game Hydration: The Music Foundation/Chaperones will provide water to students during the game.
Strict Uniform Policy: ABSOLUTELY NO EATING is permitted once a student is in their band uniform.
